As a Digital Fellow and Mellon Interdisciplinary Science Studies Fellow at The CUNY Graduate Center, I’ve worked with developers, educators, and academics for the past four and a half years  to create software and practices that foster collaborative research and pedagogy while protecting academic values and user freedom. In addition, I’ve taught workshops on a variety of digital skills and am involved in a wide array of ongoing DH projects ranging from classroom annotation to networked scholarship. I am co-founder and student director of Social Paper, a non-proprietary socialized writing environment for students, which has received almost $60,000 in support from a National Endowment for the Humanities Digital Start-Up Grant and a CUNY Advance Grant.
